Life lately

Life has been a little busy lately. I just started a new work assignment. For those of you who don’t know, I work as a UX-designer at a consultancy agency and some time ago I felt that I wanted to try a new project so that’s what I’ve been starting now. But naturally, it takes some time to get settled. It is strange really how the mind works. I keep putting a lot of pressure on myself to be on top of things, digging into work and trying to understand everything, but there is no one who expects me to be a high performer after week one. But still I expect that of myself. I try to remind myself that having this feeling of being new in a project, developing my process and slowly getting a clear picture of the task at hand was exactly why I wanted to switch projects in the first place.
