Sunday reset
I like to take Sundays to prepare for the week ahead. This is the day M and I meal prep for the week and take some time to clean and do the laundry if we haven't had time during the week. Above all, Sundays for me, is a day to recharge, eat treats, lay a face mask, do some pilates and set intentions for the week. I usually consider these things:
How do I want to take care of myself this week?
What do I want to prioritize this week?
Who do I want to surround myself with this week? Should I book a date with someone?
What can I do to feel my best this week? Do I need to prepare snacks, and lunches, book a workout class, or make time for a walk?
I feel like it is very easy to create a long to-do list with things you have to do. I've tried to switch out "have to" to "get to" or "want to" and I think that helps me prioritize what's actually important.
