Hello team, I hope January is good to you! Here it's been a very cold couple of days but I actually like the cold. It's all about having a cozy base layer and you can really enjoy the crisp weather and winter sun.
There are a lot of winter colds circulating so I wanted to share my recipe on a ginger shot that hopefully will give your immune system a boost
Ginger shot
200g ginger
2 lemons
4 dl cold water
2 Tbsp honey
Peel the ginger, grate it and then add the other ingredients. Let stand and infuse for an hour or two, then strain and drain.
