Self care for me is eating a varied diet. I eat mostly plant based and work on not feeling guilty about what I eat and if it was the most sustainable option.
Self care for me is walks in nature.
Self care for me is reading and journaling.
Self care for me is having a morning ritual. I recently stared my first job, so this routine looks a bit different every day but I aim for a few minutes of meditation and doing some part of my mindset journal.
Self care for me is drinking enough water every day
Self care for me is exercise. Yoga and running are my current favourites.
Self care for me is really poor WiFi connection in the bedroom, this means that I can’t look at my phone before going to sleep or the first thing in the morning. Even though this is just a coincide this has really made me think about my phone habits so now I don’t check social media before noon and I don’t look at my phone after 20.30.
Self care for me is putting on a face mask in the evening (I’m not talking about those we need to use in public but the ones we smear all over our face).
Self care for me is taking care of my relationships, the one with myself included.
Self care for me is what I do in my life to feel as good as I can. It’s a part of my lifestyle.
