Spring and cookies
Spring is really taking its time this year. Last week it rained so much, I almost thought that we were back in November. However, I found this wholesome cookie recipe from Minimalist baker which was simple enough to make. I changed the ingredients a bit based on what I had at home, for example, I used quite a lot of tahini instead of nut butter. It also got me thinking about what kind of nuts and seeds one can grow in Sweden. Hazelnuts seems to be the most common but generally the climate is not that beneficial for growing nuts here in Sweden.
