My favourite jewellery

I thought that I would talk a little about my favourite jewellery. I think that jewellery are so interesting, it can contain so much history, memories and meaning. I find that beautiful. For example, my best friend has worn a golden heart necklace everyday for as long as I have known her. It truly has a special meaning to her.

This watch was a Christmas gift from my mom that I got just before I left for my exchange semester in the UK, it will always remember me of that experience. The ring is a quite new piece that I gave myself as a small gift after I had completed a big challenge at my job. The dainty bracelet, I wear almost everyday and I think that it’s such a beautiful piece.

This pearl necklace I’ve had for a long, long time. My cousin and I each got a necklace when we were just little girls. These days it fits more like a choker around my neck but I wear it sometimes anyway. The pearl earrings I got as a gift at a later occasion but I love to wear these pieces together.

I must confess that I don’t really remember the complete story of this bracelet (I must check with my mum later) but I do remember that mum and I went through an old suitcase during the time my parents were divorcing and I found this bracelet and my mum said that I should have it. I guess that it could do with a clean but I kind of like the “old” look.
